Ask for the master regime, bylaws, HOA minutes, budget, reserve position, insurance, and rental rules. Ask whether the building is in a hotel-condo hybrid. Ask what happens when the elevator fails in August.
Then walk the neighborhood at the hour you would actually use the home. A perfect listing photo of Los Muertos does not describe a generator policy.
