Marina Vallarta is a planned district: a working marina, a golf course, a boardwalk, and a large stock of condominiums built for visitors and second-home owners.

The pitch is convenience. The airport is close. Streets are flatter than the south shore. Groceries, restaurants, and marina life sit in a relatively compact loop. Families and many retirees prefer that over cobblestones and grades.
The tradeoffs are also honest. Some buildings are older. HOA fees fund real amenities and they are not token. The aesthetic is resort-planned rather than colonial. If you wanted Zona Romántica’s texture, this will feel manicured.
Waterfront and high-floor view units are the product people fly in to see. Interior units exist and price differently — compare them as different assets.
